At Streamline, we have seen a large uptick in Streamline PMs listing on Booking.com and in the overall booking performance of those listings.
For those that are listing on Booking, we wanted to pass along a list of several actionable steps that they recommend to help boost bookings on their platform:
- Offer flexibility to potential guests – 75% of properties are more likely to get a booking by offering flexible cancellation policies (compared to those with strict ones)
- Make sure property photos represent the space accurately – 29% are more likely to get a booking by adding five to ten photos (compared to properties who upload fewer than five)
- Set up occupancy-based rate plans – 12% of properties are more likely to get a booking by activating occupancy pricing (compared to properties who don’t)
- Choose the right pricing solution – 16% are more likely to get a booking by activating weekly rates (compared to properties who don’t)
