“The Summit has been a game-changer,” she said. “The homeowner acquisition tools are helping me figure out strategies, and I’m excited about that journey.”
Looking Ahead
Jayne also shared her vision for the future of property management software. One feature she would love to see? A unified inbox to centralize all communications from OTAs like Airbnb and Vrbo.
“If you could eliminate the need to jump between platforms and rely on push notifications, that would be incredibly beneficial for all property managers,” she explained.
