Headliners: Our Keynote Speakers
Keynote speaker Amber Erickson-Hurdle and featured speaker Galen Emanuele were huge hits! Amber walked us through the foundations of building a beautiful brand and how it impacts your vacation rental business.
Galen Emanuele led us in improv exercises during his keynote, showcasing how critical being open to new ideas is to foster a harmonious work culture.

Crescendos: Our Educational Sessions
The sessions we spend months rehearsing are the core of Summit. From John Slaughter’s fan favorite, “Tonight Show with RentalGuardian”, to the tried-and-true playbook overviews like “10 Monthly Marketing Metrics You Must Know as a PM”, the StreamFam left enlightened.
The StreamTeam led scores of “Top 40” session hits: one favorite being Earth, Wind, and Features! This greatest hits presentation centered on uncovering the frequently overlooked and underestimated variables of Streamline. We showcased hidden gems within the platform, some offering functionalities and capabilities that are typically underutilized or unknown to many users.
Our workshops show off our products and their use cases in real time. Our new Property Care Scheduling Workshop and OTA Strategy Workshop took center stage this year! We hosted a jam session on the future of maintenance and housekeeping scheduling, as well as a deep dive into how online travel agents groove with your software.
Working in Harmony: New AI Features
We debuted the arrival of StreamAI and did a live demo of the two new AI solutions during one of our Summit workshops.
There were audible gasps when everyone saw how easy Leo, the AI-powered content generator, made writing property descriptions! Streamline Summit attendees were the first to have these AI tools available in their software.
Encore: Our Closing Party
Conga lines, live music, killer bites and cocktails, a life-size chess board, what more could you ask for from our iconic closing party? We loved celebrating with our property management family – this was the best closeout of our annual family reunion!
